In The Sanctuary of Women: Taking the fruit

During our virtual yoga class last week we moved our bodies in stretching for more and a leaving behind of what has past. In order to grow and heal, there is a certain amount that is required to be left behind. There is an art to letting go, to recognizing when you have outgrown the skin you have been in.
Maybe that means you are ready to find healing from trauma and hurts that you have in your past.
Maybe it's your faith and what you have believed moving and evolving into something new and deeper that feels scary but exhilarating.
Maybe it's coming clean about secrets you have been hiding and holding onto so that they can no longer hold you back.

In all of this growing and changing and moving on, there is a beauty in what the past has taught you, but it belongs in the past as you become the person you were created to be.
